Draft Plans, giving an initial idea of what we could do prior to going onto the next stage!
Detailed Designs, containing all the information required for submission to your local planning department.
Planning Permission, we’ll submit your proposal for you and support it every step of the way.
Building Regulations, we’ll provide all the structural calculations required to show the design meets the latest regulations.
We’ll take care of all the practicalities, drawing up the design, getting all the relevant approvals (planning permission, building regulations) in place so we’re ready to go just as soon as you are.
Already got a builder in mind? That's no problem, we'll simply draw up the plans and let them take care of the rest.
